Doesn't seem to be rinsing properly. I usually have to do two full washes before it cleans things. I've filled the salt twice now and cleaned the filter and added rinseaid. So don't know how to test if rotor arm is or isn't working. Doesn't seem to rinse completely on either shelf

My Bosch dishwasher (SGS3062GB) doesn't appear to be taking water in. At start up the drain pump runs briefly , and then nothing. I've poured a few litres of water in, and then it runs. I presume it's either the water valve, or the programmer. How can I access the water valve and test it. I have a multimeter.
