How do i adjust the speed oa an automatic watch. about 20 minutes too fast per day

There is a site on the net that will tell you. During a hasty break from work, I had to leave whist a friend of mine was searching. Unfortunatly I had to leave, but there is s site out there that tells you how to do just that. And, for all different watches. Keep searching. I will too. Will let you know if I find it first. Please do likewise
