I have had my Tricity bendix aw1400watt washing machine for over a year now. It is one that only has a cold water feed into the back (no hot) therefor i assume it has a heater inside...? Recently when pulling clothes out of the drum (supposedly washed) and they are freezing cold - as if they have been washed in cold water. Has the heater gone and is this easy to fix? It performs all usual functions correctly.

Please if i am being silly and the clothes should come out cold then please feel free to slate me but if there is problem please please help.

Hi, after the wash cycle, the hot water empties out and about 4 rinses follow using cold water only!
