How do I hook my solenoid on a Huskee riding lawn mower?

I have purchased a solenoid for a Huskee 14 hp, model 42815x60a #44-20032, manufacture date 0764. I need to know how to hook it up?

I do not know how to do that, however I wish someone to tell me how to fix a deck on a Huskee Supreme that has dropped down way lower on the right side than the left. It looks like the cable has stretched. Just ran out of warrnty.
