Have you installed any new hardware recently? If you have it could be this which is conflicting with your mouse. Your PC watches the IRQ which the mouse uses and wakes it up if it detects that the mouse has moved. Check your mouse's IRQ is okay via Control Panel. Also, check that your Power Management is set correctly.
