What is Error F18 on hotpoint ultima 1600 (WT960)?

I have just taken delivery of an Hotpoint Ultima 1600 (WT960) and it comes up with this error and not wash anything

I've just had the same problem and couldn't find my manual. But I did just have a power failure, although the washer was off at the time. But a power off (10 Seconds pause) and on at the wall as resolved my problem. Hope it solves yours.
