You really are in the soup.There is good chance you have done serious damage to the valves in the head. My first suggestion is go and buy a Haynes manual for said model and READ carefully and rapid enlightenment will follow. Valve damage is an expensive and seriously knowledgeable undertaking...that is if you wish to make a lasting and correct repair. There are a multitude of factors that must be carefully considered with NO half measures. This is precision stuff we are talking here and any oversights will cost you dearly and put right back into square one. Unless you've had a good grounding in automotve engineering/practice tread carefully!
