Hi mate
Changing bike clutches is very simple.USUALLY located on the right hand side of the engine. Remove the brake pedal and the engine cover, this is just a ring of 6mm bolts on most jap bikes. Place a tray under the bike to ensure any lost oil is caught. Inside is the clutch basket.Remove the basket and undo althe bolts that hold in the clutch plates, being carefull that you undo each bolt a bit at a time so you keep the outer plate level and do not put it under any pressure as the springs in the clutch pack are quite strong! The springs should not fly off when the bolts are undone as the will be shorter than the bolts but be care full! If you have a wet cluch pack (oil bathed) soak the new plates in the correct grade engine oil over night prior to doing the job,all this does is make sure none of the pates are dry in between the cluch pack when first used, good practice but not criticle!
Rebuild in the reverse order.Should take no more than an hour with bit of time for a beer half way through!
Cheers mate
