glow worm 24cxi F9 fault?

I have replaced the Diverter Valve,Diverter Motor,the System Pressure Sensor and the Water Flow Censor,I am still not getting any hot water,it's being sent around the hot water system and still flashes up F9.
Can someone out there PLEASE HELP!.
