Neff GB1051 main oven doesn't heat up?

The large element in the roof of the main oven on my mother-in law's Neff GB1051.31PCSE has stopped working. At the same time as this stopped the fan and the oven light stopped also in this main oven. The element looks as if it has "blown", but it is not clear why the fan and light don't now work. Are they electrically connected in some way? - ie if I replace the top element will the fan (and I presume its own element) work again also - or is there some fuse or circuit board that interconnects the fan / top element and light in some way that could have also gone as well?

No - its not the fuse in the spur or in the fuse box as the rest of the unit continues to work - lower oven, clock etc

The fuse for the whole unit where it connects to the wall?
