My 1.8d fiesta on a T(99) throws out the thickest black smoke a diesel engine has ever thrown out. Can any one tell me why, it dosent clear and happens when yo rev to or over 3500revs..... please help

most common cause is a blocked air filter,remove and try that,
fit a new one as soon as possible

does it have a diesel pump, of is it electronically managed??
if its a diesel pump, then your pump need to be recalibrated. if its electronically managed then you need to take it to a garage to be put on a tester.
it could be as simple as a sensor being broken. this will cause the engine to over fuel, blowing out alot of carbon particulates.
