what are the torque settings for cylinder head?

can you please supply me with the torque settings for a rover 200 1.4 16 valve twin cam petrol 1998 r reg.

Are you sure that is just a torque job because, if it's a K Series, I'm sure that it has stretch bolts. I suggest you get a Haynes Manual for the car because that will have the angle gauge (or whatever it called these days) settings as well. BTW don't the bolts need to be replaced as well. BTW, K Series are extremely fragile around the head gasket area. A blown head gasket often takes the whole engine with it. I'd be inclined to check that the liners haven't shifted.
