I'm sorry i don't know the model and can't find the handbook. My grandson pressed some buttone on the keypad and now when we pass the sensors the chime activates and we can't turn it off, we've tried 1234 resed 000 reset, we've tried input the alarm number and resetting but nothing, abybody got any anwsers plz

Yes... quite simple to fix this one .
The day indicator should be on, then press the "Chime" button,now the day indicator will now flash and the zone indicators will light up to show which zones are set to chime, if a zone is lit and you want to turn that zone off, just press the the number of the zone. When you have finished setting the chimes press reset, and you're done !
