There is power to the the tumble dryer and it spins round but does not get hot and dry the clothes.

hi there it is your heater element as i said before i replaced mine and it was still blowing cold i done what you said and pressed the reset button and it is working perfect now. i bought my heater element on ebay for about £28 delivered and it takes about 1hr to fit so hope this sorts it for you.regards chris

I have had this problem many times and if there is a reset button on your machine this should solve the problem

normaly on these there is a manual resetable safety stat on the rear.... either top left as you look at the rear or in the centre under a red rubber cover if its a condenser dryer... try this first.
