Kenmore refrigerator freezer works, bottom is not cold?

I recently moved and now my Kenmore, Stainless Steel Upright refridgerator does not work properly. The freezer works but the bottom of the fridge won't get cold. What could be the problem?

Did you leave your refrigerator to stand and settle after moving it, if not, you may have got oil into the refrigerant line which can cause problems. If you can turn it off for a few hours( 12 or more ) it may resolve your problem.
