rover 414 cambelt change?

can you please tell me how the timing marks go to change the cam belt on a 1995 rover 414 k series engine

You need to line up number 1 cylinder (end near the cam belt) at 90 degrees btdc (before top dead centre) there is a line marked on the crankshaft pully which will line up to a mark on the cylinder block, use a paint pen to ensure you dont lose the mark. then this will mean that the camshaft pullys are lined up as well, there (again) are lines marked on these pully(s) which line up to each other. mark them with a paint pen again, to ensure you dont lose them.
also be awear you are going to need to remove the right hand engine mounting to do a cam belt chage, and drop the engine down on a trolly jack.
