Had same problem. It's one of three things, filter needs cleaning (bottom right of machine), water supply hose is kinked/jammed or water supply pressure is not high enough i.e. your tap is not turned on fully enough. BEFORE DOING ANY OF THESE MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY AND TURN CONTROL TO "OFF".
