Were can I find drivers for my Mikomi Webcam drivers M6219 for Vista?

Hi,

Could you advise me if the XP Drivers for my Mikomi Webcam M6219 is compatible to Windows Vista??

I have just upgraded my PC from Windows XP to Windows Vista. I unistalled previous software and drivers of this Webcam since Vista wasn't detecting the Webcam. I didn't re-install software and drivers afterwards just in case there was any up-to-date drivers for this webcam.

Ming Jong (Mikomi) Have not bothered to make any new up to date drivers for their webcams so that they will work with Vista. The last drivers they made were for XP.

This is very annoying! I have sent several emails too them asking to make the drivers but no response, poor customer support!

I don't see why I should have to go out and buy a new camera when I have a perfectly good one here.

Mikomi seems to be a budget brand sold by retailers like Argos. As such it doesn't seem to have any support structure. There was a web site once but it has gone away. I suggest you just chuck it and buy a new camera that has driver support for Vista.
