LG SXS Freezer Model GR-L207E ice forming in the bottom section?

Ice is forming in the bottom section of my LG SXS Freezer Model GR-L207EQ, it is coming from the radiator type component that is at the rear of the bottom section of my freezer compartment. I thought there may be a defrost drain/overflow pipe to a drip tray that was blocked but there does not appear to be any such system.

The freezer is 5 years old and has been running continuously, I turned it off and let it completely defrost, the vent at the bottom totally cleared of ice & is now working as normal with no ice forming in the bottom.
