how can if fix my Zanussi Dishwasher DE6855?

Zanussi Dishwasher DE6855 water not heating up when washing the dishes, water stone cold. Is it the timer, thermostat or heater gone wrong. Have taken side panel off, but have not got a clue where anything is or looks like. Please help
