how can i fix my indesit wd12x?

the washer stoped mid wash full ov water switched it off now wont restart and the program dile just keeps going round on its own

u you have blocked sencor ;look on pump 4 skinny pipe ;disconnect and trace to sencor disconect ;claen !make sure can blow down pipe
