Slipping clutch on old ATCO lawnmower?

I have a n ancient ATCO 30" lawnmower which has a metal on metal clutch whcih slips. Any suggestions on ways to repair

It has a cone clutch on this machine.
Provided no one has oiled it, it may need adjusting. I.E. move the engine to the left or the right on mower deck
If the clutch has been lubricated, it will need a full stripdown to sort it out
