I have no manual for my Tricity Sovereign electric cooker so can you tell me how I can programme it to cook automatically? Also what do the pictures mean on the front - hand, bell etc? Cooker must be at least 7 years old, probably more.

I can send you some photocopies to help. basically you have to set any time by presssing the lower left three buttons and twiddling the data entry knob then release. The bell is a timer press and twiddle. the B is a boost for the main fan oven. Press the triangle and twiddle for temperature of each oven.
