how can you tell what to replace?

My Frigidaire dryer m#GLER331AS2 also has a heating problem. It does tumble but no heat. Is there a way to tell what part is bad without trial and error? Before I put $125 into it, I'll get another dryer.

Check your heating element - and there is a plug also... easy fixes - My heating element cost about $36.00. That was the most exspensive part to replace. Just had to take the back of the dryer off - can be time consuming.
