waste pipe is to short, what can i do ?

just brought a new washing machine but the waste pipe is about a foot shorter than my old one. what should i do ?

You can buy and refit a hose, from places like B&Q. We had a dishwasher and we joined 2 hoses as the drain was away from where we needed it, I can't remember how we did it but it must have been easy!
