we have a samsung rs21dcns fridge freezer. how does crushed ice come out?
since we have had the machine the ice dispenser has been very noisy on full ice cubes and we have it set on crushed ice but these come out as whole cubes?
Is there a problem or is this normal? Iseem to remember being able to take out the ice section when it was new but now it seems stuck - how crushed should the ice be
