I'm looking for a replacement cutter deck for this, as the current deck has rusted, while the chassis and engine remain in good nick. Anyone out there with an idea?
You could just get a piece of steel sheet and weld it over the existing deck. Obviously you would need to remove the spindles etc. before you do. The edges of the deck can be made from thin steel bar. If you can stick weld it would be a very easy job, if not you could take the parts to a garage.

you cannot get a new deck for a westwood now, but you can get a replacement countax deck which may fit with a modification kit. phone countax to check 01844 278800 but price is approx £500.
