the dryer on my ariston marghetitta washer/dryer is broken?

everything is fine on the wash cycle, but when on the drying cycle the drum never warms up therefore the washing never drys. what parts do I need to buy and how to i replace them ?

i've already taken the lid off and can't find any buttons to press. where would this be or could it be that mine doesn't have the reset buttons - model number is awd12.

hi mark take the lid off and on the top of the heater box is usually some resetable cut outs press the buttons(power offf)
