It has just been installed and the guy went through the banter of how to use it, when he went I thought I would try it out, it started the cycle for about 1 minute then bleeped 3 times and the two inner lights on the left flashed, it did not fill with water and I have checked my tap just incase the water was not on but it is, well the troubleshooting guide at the back tells me to ring manufacturer but they are now closed has any one had htis problem.

Lights two and four together (going from LHS)means there's water trapped in the bottom. I got a guy out, he tilted it to check and loads of water poured out. It now works. I'm renting, so fortunately this isn't mine - he wasn't impressed either.
I've had to do it since.
