Can anyone supply timer instructions for Carron Cordon Bleu 5?

Can anyone supply instructions for use of the timer on a Carron Cordon Blue 5 DeLuxe. We bought the cooker with the house -it seems to work well but we have problems with oven ignition on both ovens which we think are related to the timer controls.
