A metal mixing bowl is stuck inside another metal mixing bowl. How do I get them unstuck? Help...I don't want to throw them away.

You float the bowls in boiling hot water and fill the inner or uppermost bowl with ice cold water
The temperature difference will allow one bowl to expand and the other to contract. This should allow them to come apart
I am assuming they are not coroded together in which case apply a bit of penetrating oil to the rims before trying the first recomendation.
