oven problem?

creda gas oven with grill model no s120gw. gas lights but oven does not get to required temperature e.g gas mark 7 oven chips should take 25 minutes still not ready after 1 hour , there seems to be only small flame

it sounds like the fault is with the flame failure device on the oven.
