how tight should head bolts be in the head of a renault clio 1.2 1998?

my head gasket went so ive pulled the engine to pieces but now about to put it bakc togeather im unsure about how tight to tighten the head bolts. the number ontop of the is 10.9 should i set my torsion driver to this or is the number somthing else??? please get bakc to me asap or il 4get where everything went. thanks

Some modern engines use stretch bolts and so require an angle indicator as well as a TORQUE wrench. I suggest you get a Haynes manual for your car. It will have all that you need in it.
