Ideal boiler ff250 will not ignite?

I have an Ideal FF250 boiler that will not ignite the gas burner although the controller is asking for both Central Heating and Hot Water. Can anyone help with some suggestions, thanks.

HI mine isnt igniting either it is trying to spark but wont light, i've been told it's the electrode so am waiting on this being done today
