Briggs and Stratton 10A902/0181?

Can someone please tell me where the Spring- Governed Idle part # 691859 and the spring governor part# 692211 gets attached. I can't figure out where to clip the springs. A picture would be great.
Thanks

Both springs attach to the loop in the linkage between the throttle plate and the air plate swivel. The large loop on the governer spring goes to the oval slot on the throttle plate on the left as you look from the front of the engine, and the governed idle spring (691859) goes to the oval slot in the flange on the right.
