The powerhead brush won't turn. The belt is not broke, light works & comes on. Guy's @ Sears repair told me it was brush bearrings, but check & cleaned, brush rolls fine.Did find small pieces of small broken plastic pins things & what looks like small clothes pin like spring when took apart powerhead. Please help so I can order correct part.

It will show you a blowup drawing of your power nozzle, you can then see what parts are missing in or broken in your unit....
