It was on program 4 but now it won't start. If you put the dial on 4 it does absolutely nothing. If you move it on slightly then it starts to whir and the dial moves around all on its own until it gets back to 4. Then it goes quiet again.

Have tried switching it off at socket over night but it made no difference.
