PS: you should change some part like the wast ink ... if you think the mechanisme is still ok you can just clean it (avoid a "wast ink" completly full because it will become very dirty down there)

you can reset the waste ink counter (maximum of 14700 count)
it worked well for me

i have the same problem,
a lot of epson have a key combination to reset the protection counter... The question is how to reset the protection counter on a RX430
