recently my email attatchments will not open, it appears to go offline when you move cursor to open links in email sent, any remedies ,tried to do unblocking cannot do. help.
My advice, go to firefox, download and start using Thunderbird it is a lot more user friendly that outlook.

i forgot to ask what happens when u try and open the attatchments & what verson of windows are u using or is it a mac-if windows what service pack do u have?

This reply is meant to be helpful so don't take it the wrong way. No one here can read your mind so you need to put more detail.
It helps a lot if you say what your OS is. What your email client is.
Next there is a difference between links and attachments. Which one is it ans second a btter description would help. 'go offline' doesn't really mean anything.
Finally don't add to this post because it will look closed now. Open a new one with the extra info.
