i have a gilera 172 runner which is rich on fuel how can i make it less rich i.e more air intake less fuel

on the carb there should be 2 or 3 screws. 1 should be the bleed screw which if u took out then all ur petrol would p*ss out of that hole. one of the screws should be an idle screw an by turning this ur idle revs will go up or down. the last screw should adjust how much petrol is getting through the jet in the carb.

get a air filter with more airflow, or change the jet to a smaller size ?
