/top not cooling bottom creating ice samsung RL 36 SBMS?

Bought just over 3 yrs ago now toppart is not cooling and bottom part is causing lots of ice and frost .had very expensive quote from service shop £70 labour plus any part replaced whereas we paid £300.00 for new any help or recomendations thank you
