I had the same problem,no instructions but eventually got them from 01616521211 press button 2and tell them what you want. Mine were emailed at no cost

All the manufacturers of this type of machine I checked out say hard water is no problem.
I bought the Hinari as it was the cheapest but found the instructions are missing. Can anyone help please?
