You sure its the fuse gone & not the electro / hydraulic pump under the bonnet?
Saxo has 2 fuseboxes, the fuse your looking for will be most likely be in the fuse box under the bonnet, ive no idea which one it will be though.
The pas pumps on the 106 / Saxo always give trouble as the car gets older.
If it is the pump then BBA Reman do recon units with warranty for a good price.
