how can i fix my p reg vectra back wheel?

my right side back wheel seems to jam sometimes when i take off in first and it always seems to smell like i'm burning brakes. any idea's?

Hi,
you seem to have a binding brake. You can adjust the brake shoes independently on either side through an access hole on the drum. Use a flat point screwdriver to turn the slotted adjuster to back the shoes off from the drum.
