umm that depends on where it is, on a lexus it is behind the glove box, u open the glove box and pull it out of its hinges so it hangs down and all ur s**t falls on the floor. behind this there is something that looks like a drawer with some tiny handle. pull this an it should come off and dont have the ac on at the same time. there should be a filter in the small opening
