Hi can anyone advise why my Fiesta 1.3 Encore 96 N reg airbag light keeps flashing every 10 secs or so, even when engine is running and at standstill? Thank you, Bob.

hi, can you help,my daughter got a fiesta n reg.the air bag light flashes about every 4 seconds,i have disconected the yellow plug for about an hour thats situated in the back of the glove compartment, but it did not solve the problem.i thought this might of reset. she as been picking up her friend on the way to college whom lives down a rough track.could this of been the problem?. any help or advice will be much appreciated. thanks so much annette

You probably hit a bad pothole or something.... the airbag computer is under the steering wheel column, it can be reset by removing the electrical plug for a few minutes and then reconnecting. This resets the system

there is a fualt with the airbag mechanism. you need to have this checked by a dealer. there is a good chance it will not work in the event of an accident
