How can I fix my refrigator Whirlpool ED25PQ?

It is not cooling. I have freon in it. The fan was replaced. What do i check for next.

I replaced the circulating fan in the freezer to correct that problem on mine.

How can i get the water to go to the ice maker? Water goes out the door but not to ice maker. And yes the lever is doen to create ice.
