Could be your bendix on the end of starter. Either the spring is stuck or your gear is worn out. Take Start off and connect booster cabels to the starter positive battery side to positive conector on battery and negetive battery side to ground part on the starter. if your starter turns it is still working. If not you may have to replace brushes .
