thanks terry, it has 488mb ram ! when i am opening new pages for example it ok for so long then it freezers so the only thing i can click on is the x at the top right hand side of that certain page, then it pops up if i want to send a error report, then the windows shuts down it is doing it quite regulary now...

Hi,

Dont know the ins and outs of the situation, but it does sound like there is a plugin (Java, Flash etc) is causing something to crash, does it bomb out on particular pages or websites? I would say use Firefox coz its fab, or if your using Internet Explorer 7 then for the love of god, downgrade it quick coz its pants!!!! :o)
