it logs me in but as soon as a someone talks to me, it signs me out....
AND IT A WINDOW POPS UP SAYING "SEND A ERROR REPORT OR DON'T SEND AN ERRROR REPORT" I'VE TRIED SENDING SENDING THE ERROR REPORT BUT THING HAPPENS
this has gone on for mothes now!!

Have you tried uninstalling it completely and reinstalling? Could be a corrupt or missing file somewhere.

Sending an error report won't fix it, that just sends a report to microsoft, it doesn't do anything to fix it.
